| About Product: We make our candles at the time of order. It takes 4 to 6 business days to produce. Custom orders can take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on the size of the order and the customization required.

Payment; We accept Checks, money orders, cashiers checks, Master card, Visa, American Express and Paypal.
Orders outside of the USA, Paypal only.
Checks and Money orders: Order will not be shipped till check or money orders have cleared which can take up to 14 days.

| Shipping: Shopping cart shipping charges are just an estimation actual shipping charge will apply. 1 and 2 day express is available but you will have to contact us before ordering for shipping charges.

| International Orders: We only accept Paypal on international orders you must contact us for shipping and payment arrangements.

Returns/Refunds:
We will not under any circumstances issue store credits or refunds on products without prior approval. You must contact us to get approval to return any items. Seasonal or custom items will never be accepted for return.
